ALL LEVEL TRANSPORTATION LLC rates are as follows for WHEELCHAIR transportation:

• Between off hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM:
  One way rates are $44.00 plus $3.50 per mile

• Between off hours of 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM and weekends:
  One way rates are $50.00 plus $3.50 per mile
• Holiday Rates:
  Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter etc. All Day: PENDING-TBA

ALL LEVEL TRANSPORTATION LLC rates are as follows for TAXI transportation:

• Primary base rate is $3.75 (to get in one way)
• Secondary base rate (mileage) is $3.50 per mile each way
• Ambulatory Rate

To cover the cost of credit card acceptance, we pass on a 3% credit card fee.

This fee is not more than the cost of accepting these cards.

There is no fee for cash or debit cards.
